The limited edition drum kits of the Deep Forest series are handcrafted from select walnut and cherry logs and are designed to meet the demands of professional performing drummers as well as the recording engineers' needs.
The shells of toms and snares are 5.1 mm strong and the bass drums feature 7.2 mm shells. The Deep Forest instruments are hand rubbed with a wax finish. The Mapex Deep Forest walnut kit is the first all walnut instrument for almost a century.

Los aros y bellotas son dorados, el color ya lo véis, se ve la veta de la madera. Los acabados (patas de bombo, sujeción de los toms, etc.) son como las Saturn u Orion, gama alta.
El estado también se puede ver en las fotos, lleva algún golpe o rasguño normal del uso, pero por lo demás tiene un sonido increíble.
