The NS-10MX and NS-10MPRO have the same design except for the magnetic shielding circuit, internal wiring materials and around the tweeter, and the large speaker terminal and network are the same design.

A 18 cm cone woofer is installed in the low range.
The diaphragm uses a white cone manufactured by the sheet manufacturing method. This cone paper is made into a conical straight cone with a wide piston area and clear vibration by a special treatment of foreign coniferous wood raw materials with old Japanese paper technology. This realizes a lightweight type of 3.7g and a strong cone with less unevenness in density and thickness by the sheet manufacturing method.
In addition, a voice coil with heat-resistant copper ribbon wire wound edgewise and a lightweight voice coil bobbin are adopted for high efficiency and high input resistance, and a flexible, high-compliance roll edge with little change over time is adopted for higher quality.

A 3.5 cm soft dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm is uniformly coated with two types of viscoelastic resin and thermosetting resin. The tangential edge of the diaphragm is integrally molded in a dome shape with excellent center holding capacity. This realizes a weight reduction of 0.6g including the edge. It is also resistant to pulsed input and achieves high transient characteristics.
In addition, the unit is equipped with an acoustic absorber so that the balance between the low and high frequencies can be set to support digital sources, and high-frequency playback that is easy to listen to even on a short-range monitor is realized.

A hexagonal nut is used to fix the unit.

The enclosure uses a particle board manufactured by American Weyerhaeuser. The baffle plate is 15 mm thick, and the top plate, side plate, and bottom plate are 12 mm thick. It is assembled into a 6-sided structure. In addition, the sound quality is enhanced by using a bonding method and special adhesive determined through repeated trial listening.
The exterior is made of real birch wood and has a black semi-gloss finish with the same 7 process painting as the NS-1000M.

A large speaker terminal is used to support extremely thick speaker cords, reducing transmission loss.
