This is one of the most transparent and high-quality portable microphone preamps available, based on Millennia’s renowned HV-3 clean preamp design. It is ideal for classical music, acoustic instruments, flamenco guitar, strings, vocals, location recording and any situation where a clean, detailed and natural signal path is required.

The unit features continuously variable gain, +48 V phantom power, polarity reverse, pad, high-pass filter, ribbon microphone mode with additional gain, and a front-panel Hi-Z instrument input. It is a very compact but fully professional preamp, suitable both for studio and mobile recording.
