BorisFX compra Samplitude, Sequoia, Music Studio

han pasado una circular que dice asi:
"We’ve got some great news to share: Sequoia, Samplitude, and Music Studio are now part of Boris FX.
We're very excited by this and want you to know that the software you trust is in safe hands. The entire team, including developers, engineers, product leadership, and support staff, has made the move. We’ve formed a new subsidiary in Germany to support this transition; longtime team members Thomas Wolf and Sven Kardelke will lead as co-CEOs of Boris FX Germany GmbH.
What does this mean for you?
Simply put: Sequoia, Samplitude, and Music Studio are here to stay, and they’re about to get even better. With the backing of Boris FX, development will speed up, bringing you more frequent updates, cutting-edge new features (including AI-powered tools), and continued innovation. a priori parece que Acid y Sound Forge están fuera del trato, así como Vegas (los ex-sonic foundry, luego ex-sony)

en la web de thomann ya ultimamente ponian samplitude y sequoia como 'otros daws para mastering', imagino que van a salir del circuito de los daws para ir a algo más fino y dedicado. 
Ojalá salga bien.

Ya está funcionando la web de Boris con una nueva versión de Samplitude 2025. Me dijeron que iban a arreglar el problema grave que tenía de no poder hacer dos sidechain de forma independiente en un mismo canal. Veremos si es así.

Por otra parte, no veo en la web de Boris ninguna oferta de actualización para los que ya tenemos una versión anterior. Que lancen un producto sin esta política de actualización me parece una estrategia que no incentiva la lealtad del cliente y prioriza la captación de nuevos usuarios por encima de la inversión realizada por los actuales.

Si la Hay, lo primero que sale es el pago mensual o anual, y lo ultimo la renovación perpetua..

Antes actualizar el Sam Suite costaba 230 €, ahora en Boris cuesta 245 €... ( Actualizar Cubase cuesta 99€, y trae novedades de mayor calado )

Respecto a lo que ofrece, Sam necesita mucha inversión, se esta quedando atras respecto a otros DAWS, pocas novedades, aunque necesarias, pero a un coste muy caro. 
Espero que la entrada de Boris lo ponga rapidamente donde deberia estar hace ya tiempo, Magix lo unico que ha hecho es undir a este DAW.

parece que Sound Forge, Acid y Vegas también se suman a la familiia BorisFX... han pasado otro comunicado que dice así
