¿Escuela de producción musical o estudio real: qué aporta más al empezar?

I'm a producer/beatmaker, I mainly work with Logic Pro, and I'm at a stage where I want to take the leap from learning on my own at home to a more professional environment. My goal is to produce, record, and mix for real artists, and understand how a studio works from the inside.

My question is more practical than academic:

Do you think a production school offers anything you can't learn by working directly in a real studio or collaborating with other musicians?

For those already working in the industry, what was more important when you started: formal training or practical experience?

What skills do you think are most lacking when someone leaves school and enters the real world?

I'm not looking for degrees, but rather to improve my skills, work with artists, and sound professional.
Any personal experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏

En líneas generales te diría lo siguiente:

Si quieres aprender como funcionan los equipos de música, síntesis, vst y todo relacionado con el audio digital -> teleco (en españa tienes la mención de imagen y sonido que te permite acceder a master de mezcla/mastering)
Si quieres aprender música (o sea, teoría musical en profunidad) y composición -> Conservatorio 

Si tu interes es grabar y mezclar para otros artistas, puedes hacer una FP que es más asequible que un grado. Aún así, para aprenderz a mezclar a nivel profesional se necesitan varias decadas y muchísimo dinero, puesto que necesitarás, primero, aprender de los grandes mientras eres el "tea boy" y luego, ir haciendote un nombre y montandote un estudio que vale varios cientos de miles.

Yo te recomendaría dedicarte a otra cosa (a menos que seas rico)
Es mi visión, luego habrá gente que lo verá de otra manera
