oh sí, lo movi, estaba en alsa, pero como no me daba la interfaz toquetee sorry, ya está en alsa, pero sigue sin dejarme teclear la interfaz

Ah, ya sé. Los dispositivos de entrada y salida, deben de estar en (default). Tu tarjeta sólo tiene un dispositivo duplex.

me dice que jack no puede adquirir el nombre del dispositivo...

que te da en terminal este comando informativo

ulimit -r -l

Prueba otra vez seleccionando la vsl desde la lista desplegable (flechita a la derecha del campo interfaz).

seleccioné con el desplegable ( > )... Solo que ahí, el AudioBox sale como hw:2, no está como hw:VSL... la ventana de mensajes da esto:

Ya. Lo de hw:VSL es para que te siempre te coja esa porque la numeración cambia, pero el nombre no. qjackctl no la conoce por nombre sólo por número, por eso lo de hw:VSL es un truco para "iniciados". En cualquier caso, el problema no parece que va por ahí.

Como prueba desesperada, intenta desde terminal:

jackd -dalsa -dhw:VSL

(o "2" en lugar de "VSL")

y pon la salida de terminal. Voy a salir. No sé cuándo volveré. Se está poniendo difícil pero paciencia, a ver si descubrimos qué pasa. Nos quedan pendientes las pruebas con speaker-test.

pablo, solo para comentarte que ha sonado por fin la VSL.

por medio de Jack, gracias al comando de terminal que me diste. Con Banshee por audiosink, y con aqualung "jackificadamente" :lol:
