Si, al parecer es mucha la gente que tiene problemas para hacer funcionar correctamente este controlador con Samplitude, he encontrado este enlace (en ingles) que puede ser de utilidad para lograr tal hazaña:

Parece ser ademas que hay que configurar el BCF 2000 en el modo "Mackie Emulation", que es el lenguaje que habla Samplitude, es como mejor resultado da, aun asi la cosa no es facil.

El siguiente texto esta sacado del foro de Samplitude:
I am a new user of Sam V8 since last week and have had mixed results so far. At the moment I find the best way is to turn off the BCF2000 then start Samp and deactivate the the midi controller in the Hardware Controller setup then close Samp. Then turn on the BCF2000 and restart Samp and activate the controller in the Hardware Controller setup . It usually springs to life. If I try to start Sam with the controller already on Sam starts to load the song and then stalls for about 2 mins and I get a bluescreen .
Even doing it the way I explained is a bit flakey - sometimes the mixer becomes sluggish and the general response of Sam slows down so sometimes I just give up and turn it off. Having come from Logic where the integration of the BCF2000 in Logic control emulation mode is pretty outstanding I've found that I can only get faders and pans and the Stop/Start and Forward/Rewind button working in Sam V8 .So at the moment this is only useful for quickly setting fader levels and pans .When it works for you have you manged to get a better than basic functionality in Mackie Control mode? Good luck anyway .

666dB lo probe con la 8. algo, perdona pero hace tiempo que no uso el Sampli y no recuerdo la version exacta, a ver si mañana tengo un rato y lo miro. Se me colgaba en el momento en el que los faders se empezaban a mover para sincronizarse con los del proyecto, pantallazo azul.
A mi me funciona perfectamente con esa version del samplitude.....hay veces que no sincroniza , pero vuelvo a darle a la seleccion de controladora , aplico y fuera.....eso si , no aprovechas todos los botones por desgracia...
