Go the post on CD Baby's site. There's a lot of first hand information (all of it negative) that gives specific facts. We had someone post here suggesting they were honest and that they had signed a deal with them, but the next day the guy sent me another email and told me he learned they were a rip off and asked that we delete his comments, which we did. We haven't found anyone with direct real life experience who has been willing to vouch for them, but on the web there are hundreds of posts on sites who state very bad experiences. Be sure to do your homework before paying anyone for these types of services.
