Sólo conozco su -magistral, único, irrepetible, fascinante- trabajo para la banda sonora del Drácula de Coppola.

lo que oí de su banda sonora para La Muerte y la Doncella de Polanski no me cautivó. y creo que ya no he oido nada más suyo.

Recuerdo cuando en su momento era el compositor previsto para musicar la trilogía de El Señor de los Anillos de Peter Jackson, que finalmente recayó en Howard Shore, quien hizo no sólo su mejor trabajo sino LA MEJOR COMPOSICIÓN MUSICAL para un fílm (o fílms) de los últimos tiempos si no de toda la historia.
