¿Hay algún sintetizador de software o hardware, algun editor software de sintesis que soporte escalas o afinaciónes pitagóricas? :-k

La mayoría de sintes hard permiten microafinación.

Creo que todos los vsti desarrollados por http://xen-arts.net/ permiten microafinación.

También hay algún vst que jura modificar la escala de los sintes virtuales, como https://hgsounds.com/product/scala-creator-vsti/

yo uso SCALA pero la es version grautita que es el programa ¨no vst¨ para windows, mas os y linux, con mas opciones, estaria bien saber si hay mas...

SCALA es una aplicación gratuita. No hay una versión de pago con vst implementado.

Pero sí que tienes un par de programas en Semantic Danielou que se lanzan desde UVI Workstation.

De todos modos, tampoco es relevante un editor de afinaciones como vst. La mayoría de sintes no admite ficheros de afinación y tienes que hacerlo a mano directamente o a través de un editor. La segunda opción es interesante si quieres modificar la afinación en tiempo real. Creo que es complicarse demasiado la vida, pero se puede hacer desde un controlador que envíe datos por sysex.
