SKnote have released an early alpha version (v0.0.2) of Solo, a Hybrid synth VSTi for Windows with multiple synthesis modes and a morphing filter.

Some of the main features (Translated from Italian by Babel Fish so it may be incorrect, if someone can make a proper translation please let me have it!):

Four oscillators based on sequences of variable wave-shapes.
Four filters (Various LP/BP/BC/HP/Formant types).
Four LFOs.
Waveshaper.
FM, Ring, Vocoding, LFO and Filter matrices for complex modulation possibilities.
Independent envelopes for for each oscillator (Amp & Pitch) and filter .
Portamento.
Effects: Delay and Overdrive.
