KROSS 61/88
System Version 1.0.3 Oct, 16, 2013
Changes from System Version 1.0.2
General
[Fix] Very rarely, notes might have sounded unintentionally for non-played keys. This has now been addressed.
Editor operations
[Fix] Editing the Favorite settings on the KROSS Editor may have occasionally caused an operational error. This has now been addressed.
[Fix] When editing the Favorite settings in the KROSS Editor, the parameter values between the Editor and KROSS may have become temporary out of sync. This has now been addressed.
[Fix] Occasionally, when using both GLOBAL and MEDIA modes on the KROSS Editor and the KROSS itself, the Drum Track may have become unavailable. This has now been addressed.
[Fix] When editing the PLAY/MUTE parameters for an unselected target (Mic or Line) on the KROSS Editor, the PLAY/MUTE parameters for a selected target on the KROSS would become edited inadvertently. This has now been addressed.
Effect
[Improvement] The “Copy From Program” function has been improved for a timbre or a track where the “Timbre/Track Bus Select” parameter is set to Off.
Step Sequencer
[Fix] When editing the Velocity and Accent parameters in the “EDIT STEP PARAMETERS” function, MIDI Exclusive messages were not sent out. This has now been addressed.
[Fix] When editing the Accent parameter in the “EDIT STEP PARAMETERS” function, the status of 16 button’s LEDs was not correctly updated. This has now been addressed.
Program mode
[Improvement] After using the “Write Program” function to write a program to the user bank, and also when changing the mode between Program and others, the selected Program moved from the user bank. This has now been addressed.
[Fix] Depending on the operation, the Multisample name could have temporarily become incorrect. This has now been addressed.
[Fix] Depending on the operation, invalid sources at some of the AMS parameters could have incorrectly become temporarily selectable. This has now been addressed.
Combination mode
[Fix] When editing Key Zone parameters, note values could be inadvertently changed while playing notes on the keyboard. This has unintentionally caused stuck notes. This has been addressed by prohibiting note value edits while the keyboard is being played.
[Fix] When changing a Combination by receiving MIDI program change messages, the parameter values in the MIXER page would not be updated. This has now been addressed.
Sequencer mode
[Improvement] When copying a program’s setting into a track by using the “Copy From Program” function, the Song’s tempo value would be reset to 120 unintentionally. Now, the original Song’s tempo value will be retained.
[Improvement] When executing the “GM Initialize” function, the values in the “DKit IFX Patch” for track10 were unintentionally not reset. This has been addressed.
[Fix] When copying a Program into a Song using the “Copy From Program” function or the “Auto Song Setup” function, the Send1(MFX1) and Send2(MFX2) parameter values may have been set incorrectly. This has now been addressed.
Global mode
[Fix] Very rarely, operations in Global mode could have caused an operational error. This has now been addressed.
Media mode
[Fix] In the “Load an Arpeggio Pattern” menu, pattern numbers higher than 256 could have been incorrectly displayed. This has now been addressed.
Various other minor operational enhancements are also included in this update.
