Existe algo en Hardware parecido al Waves soundshifter?

Existen aparatos hardware que permitan modificar el pitch, time, speed... y simlares, como en plugins tipo waves soundshifter?

la mayoría de samplers respetables realizan estas funciones....uno de mis favoritos es el roland vp-9000
